Place the tape horizontally across your forehead, about one finger-width above your eyebrows. Measure from hairline to hairline at the widest point — this sits just above each temple.

Cheekbone Width

Run the tape horizontally from the outer corner of one eye to the outer corner of the other. This is the widest part of your mid-face and the most critical measurement — it's the anchor point that all other ratios are calculated against.
